KinderSmile Foundation

A 501 -C3 with a vision to advocate for an increase in optimal oral care access and oral health education for children in underserved communities. In November 2020 KinderSmile was set to open their third location in NJ in Trenton. KinderSmile sought to expand their digital presence in the Trenton area as most of their audience resided in the Northern New Jersey.

Share content with a call to action that brings audience to the website to learn more about the foundations and its cause and the impact of donations.


We also strove to share the build of the new facility and build excitement about the Grand Opening.

Solutions

Throughout the campaign our post frequency on social media was 2-3x per week to share project progress, encourage people to donate to the Trenton facility, and gain followers in the Trenton area. We used paid ads to specifically target the Trenton residential area and conducted a “KinderSmile Countdown” for the opening of KSCOHC Trenton.


We also utilized PR methods to invite stakeholders to the Grand Opening and make announcement to local media outlets. Closer to the event we shared an invitation to the Grand Opening and a livestream link for those at home to watch.

Challenges

Kindersmile lacked a consistent digital presence and needed to break into a new target audience demographic.
