Client Questionnaire

Terms & Policies 

Deposits are to be paid in full at the time of booking your session. The session fee covers a pre-session consultation via phone, my photography session time, photo selection, editing software, and proofing site. Session fees are non-refundable, however, a 48-hour notice can be rescheduled in case of an emergency or sickness. The session fee does not include print products.  Your online gallery will have watermarks on all photos until remaining balance has been paid in full. Following receipt of payment the online gallery be available for 14 days to download images.
